Customer Serivce Rep. S. Larson of CitiCards
I had a dispute with Citicard which was denied by S. Larson CUstomer Service Rep. Every response I received was from this so called S. Larson. My question is;
If S. Larson is not a real person how could S. investigate my dispute(s), deny it, or make any decision regarding my account? SO if S. is not a real person than my dispute(s), and all of my correspondence to and from S. Larson is null and void? S. cannot investigate anything or make decisions on CitiCards customers because S. is an imaginary entity? I would think I have no responsibility to CitiCards since my dispute was never actually investigated?
My dispute paperwork was FULL PROOF and it was denied. How can this be legal?
Is there any way to fight CitiCards and make them eat what I owe them since they have no business ethics, do not back their customers, and lie?
