Whenever I upload any word file, it display error code 008. How could I resolve this.

What are you using to upload it? Gmail?

If it is g-mail, then g-mail thinks that your message is potentially a virus or some sort of malware, so they are refusing to transmit it. They are correct. Word documents can contain malicious macros. Yours may be innocuous but their scanner thinks that yours is not.

So, how do you resolve it? First of all, check under Macros to make sure there aren't any. If there is one, delete it. Alternately, put it into an encrypted zip file. You can rename the extension of the file. Give it a trivial password and then send it in a mail message. In the mail message, you can tell the recipient the password you gave it and, if you renamed the extension, you can give instructions on renaming it to the proper extension (Doc or Docx, depending on the version of Word). He/she can unpack the archive, rename it and viola -- mission accomplished.
