I'm sorry but state law does not provide the right to break a lease for a job transfer. The only way you can get out of the lease is if the lease originally contained a paragraph allowing you to break it in the event of a job transfer.
And Florida is the worst state in the country in which to break a lease. That's because the law does not require the landlord to try and re-rent the property as soon as you move out.
The best thing you can do is speak to your landlord and try to work something out with them. Maybe they'll let you find someone to take over your lease, or maybe they'll let you out of the lease in return for a payment, such as forfeiting your security deposit.
