In Ontario, Canada, can one's pension be garnished?

Hi fellow Canadian, they say they can and will but I don't know for sure. Revcan is scary at the best of times. Don't have it deposited in the bank, have your OAS/CPP sent to your home address. That is one way of getting around their scare tactics.
