Martial art action movie 90's (complete plot)
Hi I'm new here, but as I've read very difficult requests being answered on this site
I got confident that you'll be able to answer mine

I saw this movie in 1991 or 1992 on videotape from tv-recording
So it might be a couple of years older
Non-chinese, its USA with hollywood actors but don't know by name

It starts with 2 brothers, one white other is asian and practices taekwondo (were wearing such cloting-outfit)
They're 'father' (who is white, and got blond-brown hair) drop them off at the dojo for their training and/or tournament
And wishes them luck with a thumbs up (!)

Somewhere half way the movie, some bad guys appears
The boys get in trouble with them
The 'father' suggest more training, they had to kneel down on bricks which had the sides turned upward, and had to kneel down all night till the 'father' comes back to relieve them and give them breakfast
They were moaning because legs were black&blue from kneeling (the room was like a building under construction abandoned, no paint no wallpapers just bricks or concrete)

    Afterwards
After beating some keyplaying bad guys, the bad guys announced they're biggest boss
The big boss came out to fight the 2 boys, which  was their 'father' (awesome scene!)
Followed by a recap what he meant to the boys, thumbs ups etc.
And that was the final fight (which I emotionally felt)

There might be drugs involved in the story
The boys looked 18-22 years of age in the movie

With this story in my head I've searched a decade and not found a title
Lots of peeps seen it but don't know the title
Hope I described it with enough details to make out the title
An imdb link would be very satisfying thanks

Thanks for reading, thanks for helping :)

I was looking for this today too! Now four years later, here is your answer: Breathing Fire (1991). It's on YouTube too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGAd8TLktcU&feature=related
