I am 18 about to be 19, he is 15 going to be 16 in one month, Is it legal for us to be together?


I really like him so I don't know what to do

He hurts me all the time and I keep going back, every time I think about him I cry, he makes me do crazy things, and I act crazy when I'm mad or upset with him:(

If it's the way the law looks at it, no, he isn't legal jewel. It isn't only the age difference, it's the maturity level. You are almost an adult, what do you want with a l5 year old. Are men few and far between where you come from?

Now, if you said you were 30 and he was 22, I believe that age has no barrier when we are mature adults with mutual attraction, but in your situation it is almost a yuck factor.

It sounds like you're in love with the idea of being in love.

Are you saying he hurts you physically? Love should not hurt- abuse, whether mental or physical is never OK.

OPs post was added to after the fact, or edited, whatever. The last two sentences were not original, as I saw it; yes, agree with tal.

I guess he is too immature and doesn't know how to handle the relationship so acts out in inappropriate ways, physically and mentally, so I assume from reading the entire post.

Nope, not love, just lack of self esteem on your part.

Eww, you are a woman now what do you want with a young boy. You need a real man in you life, and if you are looking for love this is not the place you should be looking.
I mean really think about it. He's young, he's not going to treat you right he probably don't even know how yet. He's not legal to you. He still has years to figure out hisself the less trying to be in a relationship with an older woman who will eventually want commitment. Break this off and grow up.

I'm probably the only one that says this but I don't think age matters!

But if he keeps hurting you, you need to leave him and think about yourself!
