So the answer to your actual (non)question is that you cannot be the legal father at birth. Shortly after that is possible.

I know many guys that did not father a baby that have signed the birth certificate at birth knowingly or unknowingly. I don't know how ethical or legal that is but you could check into that. (I know it is NOT ethical to have the guy sign the birth certificate thinking he is the father)

Signing the birth certificate knowing you are not the biological father is purjury and can come back to bite you. The biological father has rights too.

Yeah I figured it may be perjury therefore not legal and really not a good idea wasn't really positive though.
