Who are you trying to secure it from? People on the Internet? Other users on the network? Also, who are you trying to block porn from: your computer or for anyone on the network?

If you have XP on a home network, you can't block an admin account from seeing your files when he is logged into your PC. They would not, however, be able to see unshared drives.

If you want to keep things private save them to a CD.

As for blocking porn, that's not very easy, since there is little commanlity to block. You could get something like Cyber Patrol or Net Nanny, but nothing is 100% effective.
