    Joint ownership reuined my credit.
Did not know I was joint owner until Harley Davidson called looking for their payment.
I tracked down other party but they will not tell me where they live and they are only
Making partical payments. I can not find the bike nor the person. It shows on my
Credit report as behind or missing payments. In otherwords, my credit has been
Affected deeply by this. Looking for options that I can take. Anyone have any ideas?

If you did not know you were a join title holder on this vehicle that is fraud on his part and you need to inform the credit company of this as well as the company that owns the bike where payments are to be made. File a police report of stolen identity

MY SIGNITURE IS ON THE BILL OF SALE, THERE WAS A lot OF DISTRACTIONS GOING ON AND I HONESTLY THOUGHT I WAS SIGNING INSURANCE PAPERS (I know.. I'm a dummy)
I now realize why I was being distracted. I don't think I can do anything about that part. But I sure would like to know what kind of options I have with the bike itself. Besides calling the police. I will if I have to but I'm trying to know if there is something else I can do. Thank you so much for replying. This is my first time here. Nice to meet you jenniepepsi.
