Hi, I was wondering if any one could help me with this. Me and my brother currently own a property together, and both our names are on the mortgage, however, I no longer want to be on the mortgage, but I don't know how to get out of it. Could I call the lender and ask them to take me off the mortgage and would this affect my brother?
