Facing very long jail term as an innocent.
Right. Last October I was stopped in my car and arrestd 4 possession with intent to supply £12000 of heroin!now reading this 99% of you will say "guilty"... let me explain and ask your advice.

About 2yrs ago I began work 4 an estate agency, little did I know the owner was a drug dealer-bigtime!
I am also a pro cagefighter and asked my boss if he culd sponsor me, at the time he said the biz was not turing over enuff £ but his cousin who owned restaurants had seen me on TV and would sponsor me... GREAT I thought, and was told to make the 80mile trip to see him, sign papers etc... however enroute I am stopped by police, searched vehicle and hey presto a load of drugs(apparently)... I say this because the police absolutley point blank refused to show me this apparent find and I still, nearly a year on have not seen what they say they found!
In my 2nd court appearace I was shown a bag which they say the drugs were in and that this bag was found in MY laptop case and had 2 of MYprints on it... in the initial interiew they told me where they had "found" the drugs and would my dna or prints be on it? I said possibly as when they asked me 4 id I got itfrom my laptop bag!
However for the trial to continue, my defence team needed disclosure from the prosection, which did not happen, a judge then ordered disclosure within 21 days... all.it did not happen, I was then calld back to court for trial, still without this disclosure, the judge gave the rest of the day for disclosre... then amazinly the disclosure brings this...

*i was under surveillance for 4 months prior to arrest
*my boss and his cousin are known to the drug squad
*10 other prints were recovered including 4 that belong to a police officer that DID NOT carry out the search!

No surveillance records will be used by prosecution as it is plain and obvious by the content of those records that I am not a drug dealer
No phone records will be used in prosecution---as above---
No financial enquiry will be used in prosecution---as above---
No laptop investigation results will be used in prosecution.

I have exlained why my prints were found on this bag (not the "drugs"--the bag).
    Is it not possible that
A- my boss planted these drugs
B-after monthsof unsuccessful surveillance, police took it upon themselves to "create" a result?
By the way when I was stopped I was told simply this-
    "ID?"
"due to information recieved we will be searching your vehicle"
I face a very long sentence for summin iDID NOT do!!
I can't sleep, eat or think str8, I have no previous drug offences.
Any advice will be greatly greatly accepted

    Hello c:

At THIS point, there no advice other than to listen to your lawyer. Sounds to me like you've got a fairly good chance at being acquitted.
