Basically telling you you need to reinstall the driver for the device

First thing you can try:
-start, settings, control panel, system icon, hardware tab, device mgr
-right click on your audio device and choose unisntall and OK

Restart PC and on boot, windows should see the device and attempt to install drivers for it

Check sound once back in windows, if same thing, need to download driver and install
