I was wondering if any body out there can help me with my issue. I was in the military and got chaptered out. I got a little drunk one weekend and did some cocaine. The Unit conducted a piss test that Monday. I was given a field grade article 15 and was sent to CID. CID conducted a felony arrest on me for possession of cocaine on military installation. When I got out nothing showed up on my background even for job applications. I ran into an issue with Texas on getting a fire arm since I have an arrest in my government background check. When I went back to CA I also ran into an issue with my guard card background check. Does anybody know how I can fix this issue, get the issue expunged from my record or I’m I just screwed in the matter.
