    Leakage in basement
I have a water leakage in my basement that is refined to one small area only when it rains... what should I do... should I contact a specialist? Or does my hoi cover this problem.

Does you home have an existing sump pump and is it block or poured walls?

Your homeowner's insurance will not pay to fix this since it seems to be an ongoing problem. Your HOI typically covers sudden occurrences. This sounds like an issue of maintenance which you as the homeowner are responsible for fixing.

I agree and are you looking for a way to fix this? I can explain how it happens and what can be done but your insurance will not cover seeepage due to rain.
