    Hi Dlbull:

For vanities: Waste is 18" to center off finish floor and water is at 20" off finish floor.

Let me know if need more...

Mark is correct. I usually rough in drain at 18 1/2" and water at 22". But your best bet is to read the literature that came with the lav and follow their rough dimensions. I have roughed in only to have the homeowner go buy an extravagant vanity that requires special rough in dimensions. If you have purchased a normal vanity, go with Marks advice and you will be set.

Also, can you tell us if this is a pedestal lav, or a vanity with base. If vanity, standard rough in is fine. If pedestal, water lines should be closer together so they are not seen.
