    About foreclosure on my home
    Yes I have'nt paid my rent since dec of 08, so now the home in in foreclosure , I receieved the noticed saying to go to court but I never did , I can't get in touch with the lender litton loan servicing lp , to let them know that I would like to do an short sale and the home ins not ocupied at this time I email them about 2 months ago . Letting the know that I had an hardship and I could no longer afford the house I've been seprated from my husband for the last 8 months what options do I have

    First you don't pay rent on a home you own, you pay the mortgage.

    Since you have vacated the home, you need to find out the status of the foreclosure. You should be able to do this with the county clerk. Once you know the status of the foreclosure there are agencies that have sprung up as a result of the stimulous packages to help deal with the situation.
