So do you guys have any other ideas of what can be causing this issue?

- Furnace fan blowing when AC on.
- From the AC Unit outside you can hear a hum coming out of the compressor and you can hear a click coming out of it once in awhile.
- The Fan of the AC Unit is not moving at all.

Is there any possibilities that this could be a motor problem?
The compressor seems to be working but cold air is not moving due to the fan not working.

It could be the fan motor or capacitor or both on the outside unit

Do you know if there is an easy way to test the capacitor or the Motor Fan?

If you do not have the proper tools and the knowledge of how to use them I suggest you mark the wires as to where they exactly attach and remove the motor and capacitor. Take them to a electric motor repair shop in your area for proper testing.

I have no idea what your level of expertise is so I take this route to try and prevent you from hurting yourself with 230 volts. In todays world you really need a dedicated capacitor tester and a Amprobe/voltage meter to be able to properly test these two items and most people do not own or have access to thest two devices.

Does the capacitor appear swollen/bulging at the top, or leaking fluid? The "hum" you hear from the compressor - is it constant or brief/repeating? Without a proper multimeter, your troubleshooting options are limited...

It doesn't sound like a refrigetor it's a constant electric hum noise, also I tired to move the fan with a screewdriver and started spinning but my problem now is no cold air... Please advice? :-(

In your other post I thought you said it did sound like a refrigerator. But it doesn't? Okay the humming you are hearing is the compressor trying to start. You can get fan motor to start with a screwdriver. All points lead to bad dual capacitor. You most likely have one capacitor that controls both compressor and fan. If its bad, compressor will hum until it goes out on internal overload, fan with not start unless you give it a push by hand. Please stick to one post, as you will get better help this way. I really think you need to get a new capacitor first, they are cheap and easy to replace, and I'm really betting this will cure your problem.

Sorry I opened two posts I just didn't know how to edit the original; yeah I can hear the humming but does not sound like a fridge. Do u know if Lowe's or home depot carry them? I maybe have to wait until tomorrow to get the capacitor and sleep in the car LOL it's like 84 degrees in the house...

Not sure if hd or Lowe's carries them. I would go to a hvac business.

The problem was the Dual Capacitor, changed it and worked just fine.
