Recently I discovered that my best friend is dating my girlfriend for the past 3years.Since she come my way I have never slept with her because I told her we should be in a relationship then there after we can marry each other,unfortunately she has done it with my best fried.I really love her very much since she is my first love now I don't know what to do to get her back.pliz help.

You don't want her back trust me. She cheated on you and if that wasn't bad enough she did it with your best friend! You need to ditch them both! Both of them showed with their actions that they don't care about you and they are not worth wasting your time! You deserve to have yourself surrounded by people who love and respect you, people you can trust. Your GF and best friend proved they are not trust worthy! It's painful but the best thing you can do now is cut them both out of your life as fast as possible. I have been in the same situation as you except I was married at the time and my wife slept with my best friend!
If she did it with your best friend but you still "want to get her back" that's messed up. You should both have something to offer each other. If you love her and she cheated on you with your best friend she obviously doesn't feel the same way toward you. In other words she wouldn't care to hurt you or ruin a good freindship of yours. You need to think about if its really worth it (even if you do love her) to go after a girl that doesn't love you and might hurt you again. And is that guy really still your best friend after he hurt you in that same way? You will find another love. Someone worth loving that loves you back and would NOT treat you this way because she would never do anything to hurt you on purpose. Also maybe a new best friend.
You need a girl that doesn't need a sexual relationship until after marriage also
Not to mention if she is going to cheat with your best friend, you think she won't cheat with whoever else? Please.

Also, if this girl is an ex he shouldn't be dating his friend left overs in the first place. And if you knew they were dating for the last 3 years you should've been remove yourself from this situation.

As the others have said you do not want her back. For whatever reasons she was cheating on you and I can guarantee... 3 yrs with your best friend... she could not have been in love with you or she wouldn't have done this to you.
Well, it seems to me that you love her but she is not loving you back. Let's just think this out, OK? Not just because she had sexual intercourse with your best friend it means that she loves him, sometimes it can be done for pleasure. Now, do you think you give her all she needs? Did you ask her to have sexual intercourse with you? Are you giving her that pleasure she feels like she needs? Well, if you want her back that badly you've got to show her that you are better than your friend, because if you do so, she might come back to you.

You don't need her babe. Everyone falls in love at one point or another and you will find love again. You just need to let this one go. Nobody should be put through what you have been put through. Seriously babe; go and find yourself a better one.
And as for your friend well he must not care as much as a friend would you need to let him go to trust me life will get better it just takes time :) xx
You can't always expect to be with you first love for the rest of your life. I mean really what kind of friend does that. If one of my friends did that to me they would be dropped because they wasn't a real friend anyway. And my guy having sex with my best friend isn't worth wanting. I wouldn't want him if he was the last man on earth if he done tha that to me. Find a new woman, one that will treat you right. Good luck in life.
Sure you might love her, but maybe she doesn't know that. Tell her and then say that you want her to be YOURS. Not your best friends. Tell her that though you love her, you can't stay with some one that breaks your heart.
