I am 13 weeks pregnant and I have just recently started heavy bleeding. I have had a miscarrage once before when I was 2 months but it hurt a lot worse. Could I be having a miscarrage and not know it? :

Nobody can diagnose why you are bleeding except your Doctor.

At 13 weeks, heavy bleeding should be checked out immediately.
