Accidentally I deleted some files from my laptop ( shift + delete ).

Then by means of System restore I restored my system to d previous date. After restoration ,
I got the Folder which was containing the files, but I did not get the files.

So how to collect the data ,I don have any system restoration point.

System Restore does not restore data files. It restores system settings only. It works by taking a snapshot of the Registry at a point in time to restore it.

If you deleted files, then you need to restore them from a backup. If you don't have a backup and the files are no longer in the Recycle Bin, they are gone.
