I would like to know if puppies are really born with fleas, or do the get them from the mother, my staffy as just had her first litter & she herself as no fleas as I treat her regularly so will her puppies.:)

Don't treat puppies for fleas until they are quite a lot older. No, pups are not born with fleas.

Puppies can't be treated with commercial treatments until they are at least 6 weeks old. They can only catch them from the mother or the environment...
