    Wrongful termination
Can I sue my employer for wronful termination because he didn't like me? I did nothing wrong and performed my job very well as I always do at the same time should I also bring up the sexual harassment he has done to me and the sexual harassment that I have seen him do to others in front of me at work?

First many states are "right to work" states and basically they can fire you at any time for any or no reason at all if they want. They just can not fire you for any of the protected reasons, race, religion, male or female and so on. They can fire you if they don't like you.

Was the sexual harassment the reason they fired you ?
Will any of the other people who are harassed testify ?

Like Fr_Chuck said, it's probably not illegal that you were fired.

Did you and/or your co-workers ever report the sexual harassment to HR? If you're the only one making the claim, and you are only making the claim after being fired, it's going to sound like sour grapes. Find out if anyone else is willing to testify that your former employer is sexually harassing the employees.
