I am in living in a home with my mate. I pay all the homes bills and he pays the mortgage. Right now my name is on no part of the house. I also live here with three of my children. At times he has these moments of "mine" . But the furniture is Mine. So if ever it comes to a point, how do I go about having my name on the deed even though there is a mortgage being paid. Also at times I help with that too. I have been in the home for three years.:confused::confused:
