    Is SP1 bundled in any other Service Pack
    I need to download SP1 to enable my computer to recognise CD Drive. I am using windows xp home edition. My motherboard disc cannot load my cd drive without SP1. Is there a workaround for this. Cheers.

    Yes, get it online using Windows Update.

    As mentioned, windows update will offer updates since updated last

    If for some reason, you are sure you do not have sp1 and need to get it:
    Quote:

    Click the download button and wait for dowdnload box to come up and download to your drive and then run the file

    All preceding service packs are rolled up into the most current one.
    Therefore SP3 also contains SP's 1 & 2.
