Why does my burner keep stalling?
I have a Beckett; I changed the filter, strainer and nozzle. When I start her she runs and the flue vent rattles a bit and soon she shuts down. When I restart her the second time she'll run for about 1 hour or so then stalls. When I repeat these steps I have the same results. I have asked a few people for some tips and I was told. 1) Sounds like the transformer. 2) Could be the sensor. 3) Could be a blockage in the chimney. 4) Could be contaminated fuel.
Now I am wondering if it could be the gap between electrode or the gap from the nozzle to electrodes. What would the gap be? What can I use to measure the gap? Is there a troubleshooting website I can go to?

    Thanks for you help.
