Passwords are created with the intent to protect your important documents from anyone who might wish to steal them. The encryption used nowadays is very secure and cannot easily be broken.

If you've forgotten the password, it appears that the company that makes the software can also use the registration number. But, if you don't have either, then I'm afraid there's nothing we can do -- and neither can anyone else.

The point of a registration number is so that you can identify yourself to the manufacturer, or get the number from them again.

Contact the software provider and give them your vital statistics. Once they are confident you are who you say you are, they should send you your registration number.

I've done that with several programs I use.

Nothing you can do with that particular software without knowing the original pw when installing the software to uninstall it.

There for protection of the 'Installer' of the software so not just anyone can uninstall, therefore unprotecting folders that may have been locked.

As suggested, follow steps to try to get the pw or nothing you can do.

For Folder Lock version 5, you can use folder lock password recovery in kocokjaya.com

You can try a brute force or indexed attack on it, but that could take some serious time.
