Hey, I was born in 89 and remember watching this movie with my best friend all the time when we were about 8 maybe. It was a VHS with a white cover and I feel like the title had something to do with snow/ice/winter/just the word white and maybe a queen/witch or maybe even prince? I know this is really vague. It was a non-animated movie and I don't really remember the plot but I distinctly remember a scene where someone in a long furry kind of robe/coat like from medieval times is frantically mixing brightly colored potions in different shaped glass bottles and vials in some kind of lab which I'm pretty sure was part of a castle. I wish I could remember more. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
