I was served a summons for a debt owed from a credit card. I lost my job and my home. I have no money at this time to pay off the full balance. I have offered to pay $50.00 a month until I find a job to pay of the balance and the law firm said to borrow the money from someone else, and to pay them $50.00 a month.I need help with writing a response to the courts with in 28 days. Help!!
