I have uninstalled Lexmark X75 and reinstalled it, and it still won't work.

2) Can you print to the printer with a local connection?

3) Have you recently replaced an ink cartridge? If so, are you using a Lexmark Factory New cartridge? Lexmark considers using an OEM
Cartridge or a refilled cartridge to be product tampering and will void the warranty.

Most Lexmark printers have the intelligence in them to identify an incorrect cartridge and block further printing.

I want to print an email I received.

I can use the printer off line, but not when I'm connected to the internet.

I've gone through the manual for the printer and the Dell manual to no avail.

Help!

I suspect that you have a problems with Windows Outlook Express or IE.

Please search the Windows knowledge base and I'm pretty sure the failure's there. I say this because that's where I got the information to fix the same problem on my wife's PC.
