    Tellabs 8110 modem
    Sir,

I have the leasedline communication of 64kbps with tellabs 8110 modem on both ends, I want to connect the PC comport in both ends.

Through which media it is possible?
    By routers is it possible?
Is there any synchronization in tellabs modem?
If synchronization is there then how I can check?

You should check with your communications provider. You may be able to use a CSU\DSU or similar device to connect your network to to the modems at each end. There may be some line timing involved as well. If your provider does not supply the line timing, then the two devices can be set to a master/slave mode in which one device sends the timing to the other. I this type of connection scenario, both connections become part of the same network and routing is not required.

You would definitely want to minimize network browsing across this slow of a connection so routing would be prefferable.
