    Hampton Bay Remote operated fan
I can't seem to figure out how to change the direction that my hampton bay remote operated fan spins. It came with our house and we want it to spin the opposite direction that it is spinning. There is no switch on it like most fans have on the base. Any help would be great!

No. They were already installed when we moved in.

Look at your remote, there is one button much smaller than the speed buttons. Push that button and hold for just a split second, this should reverse your fan. Model may give us more to go on.

The only buttons on the remote are the Light on/off button at the top, the three fan speed buttons in the middle, and the fan off button on the bottom.

It should be somewhere on the fan body, check the top of the motor as well as in and around the light.

Or spin the blades in the direction you want to go and cycle the power off and on.
