Curious if Crim Tres-Enter Structure is a felony in PA & what the sentencing might be. This is my soon to be X-husband. He entered a guilty plea this morning & awaiting sentencing. He is currently incarcerated, no bail posted. I hope they keep him for a while.

If anyone can shed some light on this please do. Thank you very much.

They can reduce it to a summary fine and let him go DEPENDING on the circumstances and what his intent was.
