My keyboard is locked, if I open word and press the "m" key for example nothing happens and that happens with every key I press. What do I do to fix this problem

Is this only in word?

Do you have access to another keyboard to see if same thing happens?

Does the letter m work in notepad or other programs?

Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any Software or Hardware that you installed or setup.

Is this a hard wired or wireless keyboard?
