What's the movie title?

This movie title has been driving me insane, I saw it around 2003/04 and it was new, All I can remember of the story is it starts with a car driving along a road at night, it has teenager's in it and they hit something, when they get out it's a guy and he's dead, they think they killed him so they put him in the trunk and plan to throw him off the overpass of a highway to make people think he jumped, but in actual fact he was already dead because a girl who lives next to a graveyard with her dad(famous actor plays him) can't remember who! But she meets her boyfriend in the graveyard and they have sex and the gravestone falls on him and she and her father dump his body at the side of the road and that's how the car comes to hit him,, Pleeessseee help, It was a good film would love to watch it again. Thank you.

I am trying to find the name of a movie.

The movie begins like this, a lover type male driving the streets and meeting women at traffic lights and getting their phone numbers. He also meets them in other places such as shopping areas. As the movie goes on he is dating about three women at the same time. He gives them each a gift which I can't really remember, but it may be a coin or something else. Later he left town and got into some trouble. The three women which he was dating became friends and found out that he was dating all of them at the same time; I think he married one of them before leaving town. A detective came to her house looking for him. So she and the other women got together for revenge and placed an ad in the newspaper indicating that he had something which was worth a lot of money or that he had inherited something in order to get him to return home so the detective could catch him. When he returned they planned a party and all of the women showed up. In the end the detective caught him and he went to jail.
