I bought a house 5 years ago with my girlfriend , I pay the mortgage and her name is not on it her daughter is as co signer, when we went to the notary to sign the papers for transfer of ownership we both signed it.
My question is our relationship is not what is used to be for a good while and I want to keep the house and she does too who's entitled to keep the house if a break up occurs

You both are, it is not like a divorce, so unless you have a written agreement before hand who gets what, you are both still owners of the house.
You will have to decide, try to buy the other side out, so if you want to keep it, you will have to pay the other person 1/2 of the equity of the house, and then only if they agree to sell you their half.
