    Does that sound right?
I recently went to the doctor concerned about thinning hair, being overly tired, and easy bruising. They checked my blood for vitamin deficiancies and checked my thyroid. Everything came back normal except that I have a vitamin D deficiancy. Is that really the cause of my symptoms?

Try taking vitamin D3 for around 4 to 6 weeks and see if it helps.
A current study shows that vitamin D plays a larger role in many areas of our health than once thought.

Vitamin D3 is the best form. Take a good quality brand because many store brands of vitamins and supplements aren't very good.
They don't dissolve, they are made with cheap ingredients and so forth.
