I filed an amended return on my Taxes I have already received my initail refund. How can I check the status of my return I mailed them back in April and the 800 # still says no information available and the on-line thing say I must have made a mistake? I did not think it would take this long for an amended return. Should I remail them again?

I would re-mail the amendment IF you mailed the return in early April.

If you mailed it on 29 April 2009, you need to give it some more time.
