My son was arrested 1/11/08 for an incident dated 8/26/07 which he is accused he had previosly been arrestedon 9/17/07 for allegations by the same person who he never knew prior to arrest & from 8/26/07 to 1/11/08 had been arrested given numerous tikets sumonses & appeared in court how can this go on is this legal

I think he can be brought to court for the same reason aslong as a punishment hasn't been given?Or if he has continued to do what he was brought to court for in the first place.
