I am changing from AOL to Verizon how can I copy & paste over all of my favorites and my address book

The address book is a problem, since it doesn't export well. As for your favorities, you can drag them into an e-mail you send to yourself.

You might try using AOL communicator and convert the address book and then see if you can export it.
