bagles1 - the -$20.00 confederate dollar bill you have , i hate to give you the answers i have to give to you on this bill: please understand that {i would like for you to take it to a reliable coin and currency shop and get it authenticated as to not being a counterfit < there is a lot of them out there that are counterfit <mostly the $20.00 bill;; i have searched my book on confederate states paper money : and i can not find this certain note in the book :: also it is the first one i have seen that has the same design on the back as the front :: sorry please do as i stated at the first of this post <before doing anything with it :: i will count> researching and see if i can come up with something on it for you and let you know :: have a better day tomorrow and god bless ::f.b.e.

Thanks FBE, we thought it was odd to have the same image on both front and back. We figured it was probably a forgery, but thought we would ask someone who could tell us a more difinitive answer. We will take your advice, but have a feeling you are correct! Thanks again!
