Can your juvenille record be used against you when getting tried as an adult

Depends on the State and the charges. I believe violent crimes CAN be mentioned.

Most Juv records are sealed but then some juv are tired as a adult.

Also the info from the arresting officer and other info is often used in the sentecing part.
