Do you not have the mother?

Wondergirls answer is spot on if there is no mother to look after them... other than that you cannot train kittens until they are much older.

Ok I just found your other posts...

As you do not have the mother you need to get a warm, damp washcloth and gently run the kittens genitals and anus to stimulate them into urinating and defacating...
This is what the mother cat does.

Your last post was yesterday about them having fleas so if they have not been to the toilet since then this is very serious!!

You might want to consider contacting your local shelter or vets office and find someone who can foster these kittens who has had experience.

Baby kittens are extremely hard to care for and if you are not experienced then they will not have a high survival rate.
(Not to mention not many people want to get up every 2 hours at night to feed them)

Please think of the kittens and contact your shelter or vet!
