I was in a relationship with someone. He was really very wonderful to me at first. Then a girl text me from his phone and he stops talking to me. One day out of the blue he text me and said some girl had his phone and his sister had to get it back. While I believed that but he still wasn't talking to me. I might be pregnant by him and he's already got 2 kids so hearing that about me stressed him out. He didn't talk to me until about Wednesday. I told him I didn't tell him that so he'd be with me. He told me why he quit talking to me in the first place and we had a good conversation. He said he wanted things to work between us cause he really liked me. Then Thursday he text me says I don't know why your so nice to me but I think I'm in love with you. Well needless to say I feel the same way about him. Now here's the problem... I stayed at his house Friday night and he was over my house Saturday but didn't stay. He didn't really talk to me on Sunday and now he won't talk to me at all. I don't know what to do! I know he wants space and that's not a problem but I don't know if I want to go through this all the time. Do I leave it alone or continue to pursue it?

He seems really confused about what he wants. A line from the OC: "that man is like nailing jello to the wall." You got to get him to sit still and talk it out with you.

But first, you should figure out who the father is of your child. But can there be another man? How you been sleeping with another man? Or are you just not sure whether you're pregnant? Once you sort out the pregnancy, you have to confront him about it.

Yeah, I was confused about the pregancy story as well. Are you so in love with this guy you are sleeping around? Are you not sure if you are pregnant?

No the same guy doing all this would be the father I just don't know if I'm pregnant! He already knows it's a possibility

I'm not like that. I love him and I haven't done anything wrong to him! Like I said to the other person I'm just no sure if I'm pregnant yet!

The whole pregnency thing is another reason he stopped talking to me the first time! Like I said he's got 2 kids of his own already and isn't sure if he wants more. Not right now at least

You got to confront him and talk it out with him. Communication is key.

If time is what he needs, then he should let you know. But I guess you can take his "ignoring you" as wanting space.

He will find you when he's ready. In the meantime, maybe it's better if you start moving on with your life. There's no reason for you to put your life on hold for something that might not work out.

Well every time I try to talk to him he just ignores me. Half the time I just want to be done with it and the other half the time I don't! And thank you didn't mean to confuse everyone with the pregnancy thing!

Then you give them a father that wants to be in there life. Then you give them a man to who talk them and not run from them. There's a little more to being a father then having a sperm donor.

Yes I have been trying to do that since the very beginning. Then he walked back into the picture one day. Now I'm where I was before and I'm not liking it. I was just a little confused but now it seems to start making sense to me! Thank you!

They are your kids and you should want the best for them. One of the things you can give them is a father who is there. He does't have to be perfect, but he does have to try.
