    vitamin d and multivitamin
I was wondering my vitamin d level is low I already take a multivitamin, does it matter if I take a multivitamin as well as vitamin d once a day each?

Depends on the amount in each supplement. Depending on the source, it is thought many people don't get enough and that it can be beneficial to have as much as 2000 IUs a day, but many feel around 800-1000 IUs is sufficient.

Living in Florida, you have an advantage by getting out into the sun for a short time here and there. That is one of the easiest ways to help with your vitamin D level.

Yeah. That is true I bought the ones with 1000 iu per day. The multivitamin I believe has 400 iu

You can take D3 and you can take up to 2,000 IU if not more.

Here is a new study on vitamin D http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases...223302.htmgood
And they are now saying it is a cancer preventative.
