Greetings -

We have installed a new track lighting system (one track) in our office. We have 6 track lights 4 that light up and 2 which do not.

We have moved the lights around on the track - same 4 light up no matter where they are placed. The other 2 still do not light up.

Changed out the bulbs. Nothing. Took the lights back to the store, where they popped the lights into their track. AND - they worked!

Come back to the office - they don't work. Had someone else install them (thinking perhaps user error?) - they don't work.

Advice on what to check next?

With the units removed carefully inspect the brass prongs that make the contact with the grooves in the track. Something must be misaligned.

Also look at each side of the inside of the track, 1 side has 2 conductors, the other side has 1 conductor, verify prongs of light match
The track(2 on 1 side and 1 on the other)
