Tricep dips are when you sit down with your legs together in front of you, arms slightly behind you on a raised surface(like a step stool or something) and you lift yourself with your arms. Sort of like a backwards pushup if that makes sense.
Im pretty sure that's what it is, correct me if I'm wrong peeps.
I am not sure about the rest though.
The previous ans. About tricep dips is correct. Planks are when you hold yourself in a push-up position without the dip down. (also a common yoga position). Not sure about the others, though.
