I remember seeing a movie on TV a while ago and can't remember the title. I can only remember specific things:
It is about a device that can be placed on the head that is kind of like virtual reality. I think the device was mad illegal because it can cause the brain to over heat. I think there is a killer that uses the device on his victems so they can watch him killing them from his perspective.
I think there is a scene where the good guy tries to grab a girl as she gets of a train or something by her hair and it falls off and he notices it's a wig with the virtual reality device inside it.
There's also a possibility it ends with a male waking up on a couch and taking a device off his head.
Any help finding this movie would be appreciated. I've resorted to browsing the titles on imdb and there are almost 9000 titles in scifi alone and I'm looking through them hoping to remember the title from seeing it.
