I deposit a cheque later found it's a fradulent I went to the bank to withdraw money and police arrested me for depositing a fraudelent cheque as I am customer of this bank and the bank staff did not call me to the branch to discuss about the fraudelent cheque instead they call the police on me now I am thinking that I have been treated like racialey.

Were did the check come from and for how much? We need a little more information so we can better advise you,but I have to be honest it sounds like you were scammed.

There is no "racially" anything here. It was a fraudent check.

Why didn't you figure out the fradulent part in time before you deposited it?

Sounds like a check fraud scam, who gave you the check, did you know it was bad when you deposited, after it was bad, did you give all the money back

Just because you got arrested for breaking the law doesn't make it a race thing... it makes it a broke the law thing.
