No, you do not need to be bonded unless the job you are bidding requires it and that can also be purchased through your insurance agent.

As far as incorporating, I would HIGHLY suggest that you do, this offers you some protection in a legal matters that may occur relative to your business, such as being sued.

And, liability insurance is, in my opinion, also something that should also be carried for rthe same reasons.
