    Roommate bailed , no 30 day notice.
    Rented room to roommate moved in may 15 prorated rent, told her I would work with her on a $750.00 dep. Paid 60.00 she would have 250 June 15. $850.00 is the rent included the utl. Communicated to ech others living arrangement and expenses and that a 30 day notice be giving from ech of us if moving out. Also to leave room how it was moving in. She's a light sleeper, she heard someone knocking on neighbors door, and couldn't sleep and a light coming threw a crack in her door I fixed. Said maybe should get ear plugs, she said no. Its very quiet have had 3 roomates before not one complained of noise. She said on 29 that she would be giving me a 30 day notice, I said sorry didn't work out. Sat 30 she up and left , a mess, couch bed & misc items and the key. Rent is due can I sue her for the 850 for the month of June. Vrbl communication was the agreement.

    Sue her based on the 30-day notice. She will argue that the apartment was uninhabitable.

    If your roommates had the same arrangement, they can testify for you.
